Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

- PDF versions of the Naughty and Nice List are not tagged correctly for accessibility. This fails WCAG 1.3.1 (Info and Relationships).
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
We are working with Santa’s Workshop IT team to address these issues by 24 December 2024. New accessibility training is being provided for all elves working on content and digital services.
We can also provide different formats of content like maps or the Naughty and Nice list upon request. As an alternative way to access this information, you can also check your stocking for either a present or a lump of coal on Christmas Day to find out which list you are on.

This website was last tested on 1 December 2024. The test was carried out by the North Pole Digital Accessibility Team using a combination of manual and automated testing tools and tested with our Elf user panel.
